The Haus
A Bridge to Independent Living
At The Haus, we provide a structured, supportive living environment for young adults who are ready to build the skills needed for independent life—but need guidance, accountability, and real-world practice to get there.
This is not a sober living or a clinical treatment program.
It’s a hands-on, skill-based living experience designed to help clients move from dependence to independence in a meaningful, sustainable way.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
We don’t just talk about change, we practice it daily.

Clients live in a shared home environment where everyday life becomes the classroom. With the support of a dedicated life coach and case manager, clients actively build the skills needed to function independently.

How we Support our Clients into Adulthood
Growth doesn’t happen in theory, it happens through action
Clients are supported in:
-
Maintaining a structured weekly schedule
-
Participating in a starter job (such as dog walking) to build responsibility and consistency
-
Developing independence in daily tasks like errands, appointments, and meal preparation
-
Gradually increasing autonomy with guidance and accountability
As clients progress, we help them explore and transition into longer-term employment aligned with their goals.
Each client receives:
-
A dedicated life coach for hands-on guidance and accountability
-
Case management support to coordinate care and progress
-
Structured weekly programming focused on life skills
-
Real-time feedback and support in daily living situations
-
A starter job walking dogs
-
A new Life-Skills class every week
We also collaborate with parents, therapists, and other providers when appropriate to ensure continuity of care.
OUR GOAL IS SIMPLE
To help clients leave with the skills, confidence, and structure needed to live independently and maintain it.

Next Step is scheduling a call with our owners. Our home is intentionally limited to five residents to ensure each client receives the individualized attention and support they deserve. Every client is thoughtfully selected to create a safe, cohesive living environment. This is not simply a shared rental, it’s a carefully structured social setting designed to foster growth, where clients can learn from one another while actively developing communication skills and healthy interpersonal relationships.
