Our team is made up of compassionate, highly trained coaches who bring a unique blend of lived experience, mental health knowledge, and holistic tools to support real, sustainable transformation. Each coach is carefully selected for their ability to build authentic relationships, meet clients where they’re at, and co-create personalized plans that align with each individual’s goals, challenges, and strengths.

BRYANNA She/Her
Executive Director, Coach, Family Mediator
Bryanna brings a multidisciplinary, trauma-informed approach to her work. combining mental health knowledge, holistic wellness, and real-life experience to support lasting, personal transformation. She has worked closely with young adults navigating complex challenges including Borderline Personality Disorder, neurodivergence, addiction, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. Her approach is grounded in empathy, structure, and deep respect for each client’s unique path. Bryanna specializes in helping clients move through resistance, build self-awareness, and create lives that feel meaningful, stable, and their own. Having overcome addiction, and trauma herself, Bryanna understands firsthand the courage it takes to heal. Her coaching is rooted in the belief that the most important relationship we have is the relationship with ourselves and she's here to help clients strengthen that connection so they can show up fully, freely, and with confidence.

NICK He/Him
Coach
Nick uses his background in art, technology, and psychology to bring clients empathic, creative strategies for success. He strives to connect big dreams to pragmatic, real-world goals. He has experience working with children with developmental challenges as well as young adults in substance abuse recovery communities. He has a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community, helping queer individuals find their voice and their tribe.

RACHEL She, Her
Director, Coach
Rachel’s journey into life coaching is deeply personal. A survivor of childhood trauma, she learned the value of self-sufficiency and resilience from a young age skills that have shaped her into a compassionate and resourceful guide for others. Her life experiences have given her empathy for survivors of sexual assault and individuals in recovery, along with a profound understanding of the challenges that come with rebuilding life after hardship. Rachel’s coaching blends lived experience with practical strategies, helping clients not only navigate the healing process but also create sustainable, fulfilling lives. She has a gift for meeting people exactly where they are without judgment and offering both emotional support and actionable steps forward. Her ability to listen deeply, hold space, and guide with clarity makes her an anchor for those seeking stability, purpose, and empowerment. For Rachel, life coaching isn’t just about setting goals it’s about helping people rediscover their strength, reclaim their voice, and design a life they can truly thrive in.

CHARLOTTE She/Her
Coach
Charlotte is a passionate and intuitive life coach with a background in psychology and a deep commitment to personal transformation. A summa cum laude graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a B.A. in Psychology, she blends evidence-based insight with heart-centered coaching to help individuals move through limiting beliefs, build emotional resilience, and create lasting change. With experience supporting individuals facing both mental health and substance abuse issues, Charlotte’s coaching style is grounded, empathetic, and action-oriented. She brings a strong foundation in psychological research and real-world experience from her time as a Case Manager at Launch Centers, where she led group sessions, guided clients through crisis moments, and helped them reconnect with purpose. Charlotte believes in a holistic approach to growth by integrating mindset work, emotional awareness, and practical tools. Whether you’re seeking clarity, confidence, or a renewed sense of direction, she meets you where you are and empowers you to move forward with intention.
